CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy :

  • Cancellation order for a particular service must be made within 7-10 business days of service agreement.
  • You need to Request Cancellation through your client area control panel / by sending mail to info@tejus.org to cancel your service.
  • After receiving the cancellation request the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days.

Refund Policy :

  • We will try our level best to offer quality services that matches for our clients.
  • In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take maximum of 7 working days to process and it will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.
  • There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.
  • No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Conditions section.
  • The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us.
